PILE CUT HERRINGBONE

This is a pile cut herring-bone material made with wool.

We prepared real pile cut fabric which is rarely found recently.

Fulling and raising are repeated in processing to make the fabric hard to the utmost limit.

The parts projecting from the right side of weft are trimmed with the fabric being hard to the utmost limit to raise hairs.

After that, the fabric is brushed and the length of hairs raised is trimmed evenly.

By doing so, broken or tumbled piles are eliminated to express beautiful luster.

This is a material prepared focusing on the property of yarn and processing.
