Our rare species “Sully Alpaca” is a non-mulesing alpaca grown on a farm in Peru.
Each hair is thin, soft and has a longer fiber length than a general alpaca, so it is a perfect yarn for shaggy processing.
In addition, the hair quality is smooth and has a glossy feeling like mohair.
Since there are many types of hair colors, alpacas can reduce dyes, water, and heat used during dyeing, making it a sustainable material that is gentle on the earth.
