SUPER COMPRESSION BEAVER MELTON

This is a fully compressed melton beaver material with 100% wool.

This material is finished to have a texture with significant tension feeling through full compression in the final process by using worsted and woolen yarn for warp and weft respectively. Compression can generate raised texture feeling having a density of napped fiber higher than normal raised material in the later beaver finishing. This material is further finished by compression with higher pressure after shags are trimmed as short as possible.

So, this material is finished to have splendid surface texture conveying a sense of luxury like the luster of raised material in spite of being a melton material.
