This is a twill material of linen and triacetate.

Luster and draping of triacetate are so beautiful as to suggest silk.

The yarn becomes bulky, softer and glossier by Mercerize (silkete) processing.

It is dotted with burls of linen giving cool expression of SS material.

Additionally, tenseness remains enough, so no doubt you can get tailoring brilliancy.
