DOUBLE FACE WORSTED STRETCH

This is a high-density stretch double cloth material with hard twist yarn of carded wool.

Before making this material, at first, we prepare hard twist yarn both for warp and weft. Converting them into hard twist yarn gives each thread brisk bounce and makes beautiful fiber tangling piles up.

Weaving double cloth with the yarn at high densities provides the material with hard bounce and tension feeling that is hard to imagine it is natural fabric.

Further twisting elasticized polyurethane as weft provides stretchiness despite tension giving moderate draping.
